Corking Fee **
25-50 guest = $75.00 fee per event
51-100 guest = $150.00 fee per event
100-200 guest = $250.00 fee per event
200 or more = $300.00 fee per event

** Catering Carolina will assist our customers in purchasing their own wine, beer and liquor by providing estimates for needs based on guest count. Customers will purchase their own alcohol (at a great savings to themselves) and then leave it in Catering Carolina¹s possession. Catering Carolina will then be responsible for chilling, transporting, set-up, service and breakdown of all bar functions. This fee does not include labor fees for bartenders.

Labor

On Site Catering Director $15.00 per hour
Servers and Bartenders $15.00 per hour per staff person
Chefs $15.00 per hour per staff person
China Place-settings $7.00 per person
Includes: Dinner plate, salad plate, bread plate, dessert plate, wine and water glass, all necessary service-ware and linen napkins.
Silent Service $2.00 per person
Includes: all necessary plates, cups, cutlery and napkins. Silent service is heavy weighted, clear, scrolled plasticware.

Rentals

Catering Carolina can take care of ALL your rental needs.
Rentals will vary in accordance with each event.
10% Rental handling fee will be added to invoice.

Catering Fee

There will be a 15% catering charge added to all contracts. This is not a gratuity for the servers nor is it part of any venue fees you may be responsible for seperately. If you feel inclined to offer your servers a gratuity it will be greatly appreciated, but is never assumed.
